Juan Antonio Portillo, nació el 28/07/56, con residencia en Main 49, 4040 Neuss 21, ha estado empleado en nuestro Centro cultural de jóvenes con administración propia PAPKARTON, por el tiempo del 15/06/85 a 14/06/87 empleado en el trabajo con jóvenes y está de nuevo activo desde el 15/11/87 como empleado a tiempo completo con nosotros. Ahora, el Sr. Portillo nos ha pedido que emitamos un certificado. Nos agrada ofrecer esta certificación. Nosotros resumimos su trabajo como empleado (certificado) y su actividad actual (certificado actual) aún cuando las actividades han cambiado, el juicio sobre su trabajo es igualmente positivo. Las principales actividades que el Sr. Portillo realizó desde el 15/06/85 al 14/06/87 con nosotros, fueron la atención de los visitantes los miembros del club. Ahora, el enfoque principal queda más fuertemente en el cuidado pedagógico / el trabajo con los adolescentes y la construcción de reuniones internacionales, especialmente desde que nosotros contratamos a una asistente. Administración propia significa para nosotros: No directivos ni ejecutivos que deciden las actividades en el PAPKARTON sino todos los miebros del club. Para Sr. Portillo esto significa que la determinación directa sobre su trabajo recae sobre los miembros del ejecutivo, los miembros activos del club.
El Sr. Portillo realiza trabajo práctico con personas desde los 16 – hasta las 28 – años tanto en el área administrativa como en la social con sus nuevas experiencias y su conocimiento que trae consigo. Su tiempo de trabajo es principalmente por las tardes, parcialmente y también a los fines de semana. Sus tareas son variadas, por consiguiente se describen así:
Atención al visitante:
En los eventos y en los servicios de bistro regular. El Sr. Portillo participa con servicios a veces aquí en el Bistro. Sr. Portillo es compañero de conversaciones aquí, los visitantes acuden a él para comunicarse. Así los problema de los adolescentes encuentran un camino de confianza a él, procurando encontrar una solución a los conflictos entre los visitantes.
Atención a los miembros del club:
También aquí él es compañero de conversación, pero también más: él motiva a los miembros y colaboradores, dentro de los comités diferentes y grupos de AMJ, pero también de afuera. La organización de los eventos son éxitos gigantes» Con ganancias», pero también unas veces traen » pérdidas» y esto lo maneja el Sr. Portillo, parcialmente con otros colaboradores, en muchos casos, se necesita motivar internamente de nuevo para las futuras actividades.
El grupo de programa:
Los visitantes, miembros y colaboradores del programa de AMJ en el PAPKARTON forman el grupo del programa. Normalmente se organizan dos Eventos por semana el Sr. Portillo tiene a su cargo la coordinación y es el encargado del manejo de permisos y solicitudes con la oficina de la ciudad de Meerbusch que subvenciona los eventos y la cooperación para realizarlos.
El curso-programa de cursos:
AMJ ofrece cada medio año un programa de cursos. El grupo de programa de cursos organiza lo referente a los docentes, precio y horarios y mantiene la publicación del Programa de los cursos. Sr. Portillo asume la coordinación y el manejo referente a lo educativo. Es más, el propio Sr. Portillo ofrece cursos de Español desde septiembre de 1985.
Grupo del tercer mundo:
Subsecuentemente existe un Grupo para tercer mundo en el CARTÓN (desde 1985) Juan Portillo fue uno de los fundadores. Parcialmente colabora con ideas, información y pone a disposición sus contactos y relaciones, parcialmente él se encarga de la coordinación. El Grupo del tercer mundo organiza eventos e informan sobre temas como los de Africa y América Latina (la semana latinoamericana). Además se colabora con los solicitantes de asilo y sus niños organizando eventos para ellos y / o con ellos en el PAPKARTON, paseos,….
Otras actividades:
La participación semanal con los miembros del club, reuniones generales anuales, seminarios, actividades pedagógicas y de organización de AMJ.
La participación en las sesiones de la conferencia de puerta abierta con colaboradores ad honoren , reuniones en la oficina de la juventud, según la agenda también la participación en las sesiones del comité de bienestar de la juventud, trabajos-discusiones en la oficina de la juventud-oficina, contactos con la DPWV.
En base a la estructura de nuestro trabajo en equipo, el Sr. Portillo también tiene otras tareas:
Realizar compras para nuestro bistro, las administración de actividades, buscar subvenciones , información de los miembros directivos. Junto con su asistente realizan la administración y los trabajos, de registro financiero de PAPKARTON para la caja del club. Trabajo en la organización de los Open Air de la AMJ, colaboración para la bolsa de la juventud anual de la comunidad. Junto con otras cosas pequeñas que se realizan en un centro de la juventud. Destacándose, un tiempo en Málaga (España) en las vacaciones de pascua en 1986.
Eso lleva directamente al enfoque principal de su actividad actual con nosotros:
El Sr. Portillo organiza el trabajo que ya se mencionó anteriormente, además junto con otros colaboradores de AMJ organizan un intercambio juvenil con México. En esta ocasión diferentes grupos están emocionados: Este estudio-viaje y su preparación deben ocupar parte del problema político de América Latina,» Grupo del tercer mundo», y se debe contar con el conocimiento medio de español, a través de estos eventos, a pesar de que los esfuerzos de los Miembros de PAPKARTON son limitados se espera la visita de adolescentes mexicanos en Alemania por medio de las actividades culturales del grupo de trabajo. Sr. Portillo realiza las actividades nombradas parcialmente solo y es responsable de realizarlas. Junto con los miembros del club y de la directiva y de los visitantes del centro cultural se lleva a cabo un trabajo en equipo. Él mantiene contacto con políticos y autoridades municipales, también con iglesias y otros grupos juveniles. Con los grupos nombrados, él distribuye su tiempo y su trabajo como comunicador.
Nosotros podemos mencionar nuestro criterio, que el Sr. Portillo ha llamado la atención a través de su trabajo. A través de su compromiso, él ha motivado también a muchos colaboradores ad honoren aumentando el número de visitas a nuestro centro cultural. Nosotros encontramos al Sr. Portillo como un colaborador que participa en los trabajos independientemente de acuerdo a nuestras expectativas y satisfacción. Él es honesto y mantiene la mirada hacia lo esencial.
En base a este juicio, nosotros estamos también muy contentos de poder tener de nuevo al Sr. Portillo desde Noviembre de 1987. Herr Juan Antonio Portillo, geboren 28/07/56, wohnhaft Mainstrasse 49, 4040 Neuss 21, war in unserem selbstverwalteten Jugendzentrum, den PAPPKARTON, in der Zeit vom 15/06/85 bis 14/06/87 aIs Angestellter in der offenen Jugendarbeit beschäftigt und ist seit den 15/11/87 wieder als hauptamtlicher Mitarbeiter bei uns tätig. Nun hat uns Herr Portillo gebeten, ihm ein Zeugnis / Zwischenzeugnis auszustellen. Wir kommen dieser Bitte gerne nach. Wir fassen seine beendete Beschaftigungszeit (Zeugnis) und seine Jetztige Beschäftigung (Zwischenzeugnis) zusammen, da sich zwar die Aufgabengebiete etwas geändert haben, die Beurteilung seiner Leistungen aber gleich positiv ausfällt.
Schwerpunktmässig war Herr Portillo in der Zeit von 15/06/85 bis 14/06/87 bei uns mit der Betreuung der jugendlichen Besucherinnen / Besucher und der Vereinsmitglieder beauftragt. Jetzt liegt der Schwerpunkt stärker auf der pädagogischen Betreuung / Arbeit mit Jugendlichen und den Aufbau von internationalen Begegnungen, zumal wir für Verwaltungsarbeiten eine, Kollegin. beschäftigen.
Selbstverwaltung bedeutet bei uns: Nicht Vorstand und / oder Hauptamtliche, sondern die Mitglieder des Vereines, die Besucherinnen / Besucher des PAPPKARTONS und die Hauptamtlichen entwickeln und beschliessen die Entscheidungen. Für Herrn Portillo bedeutet das zum einen die direkte Mitbestimmung über seine Arbeit, zum anderen aber auch, dass nicht ein (e) Vorgesetzte (r), sondern die Mitglieder des Vorstandes, aktive Mitglieder des Vereins, KoIleginnen / Kollegen und auch Besucher mit Erwartungen und Aufgaben an ihn herantraten und treten, Herr Portillo hat sowohl in der praktischen Arbeit mit den 16 – bis 28 – jährigen Besucherinnen und Besuchern, als auch in administrativen Bereich neue Erfahrungen sammeln und seine Kenntnisse einbringen können. Seine Arbeitszeit lag und liegt vor allem in den Abendstunden, teilweise, auch an den Wochenenden.
Seine Aufgaben waren und Sind vielschichtig, deshalb werden sie nachstehend beschrieben:
Betreuung der Besucher / innen: bei Veranstalltungen und im regelmässigen bistrobetrieb. Herr Portillo übernahm und übernimmt hier auch zeitweise den Thekendienst. Herr Portillo ist hier vorallem Ansprechpartner, geht aber auch von sich aus auf besucher / innen zu. So konnten «Problemjugendliche» zu ihm Vertrauen finden, hier vermittelte er teilweise bei Konflikten zwischen Mitgliederversammlung und Besucher / in.
Betreuung der Vereinsmitglieder:
Auch hier war er Ansprechpartner, aber auch mehr: er motivierte Mitglieder und Mitarbeiter / innen, Innerhalb der verschiedenen Gremien und Gruppen der AMJ, aber auch ausserhalb. Sicherlich bedeutet Arbeit in einem Jugendzentrum ein fortwahrendes Auf und Ab. Aktionen, Veranstaltungen sind mal «der Riesenerfolg», aber auch mal «die Pleite». Hier schaffte es Herr Portillo (teilweise mit anderen Mitarbeiter / innen) in vielen Fällen, die Mitglieder und Mitarbeiter / innen neu zu motivieren.
Programmgruppe:
Die Besucher / innen, Mitglieder und Mitarbeiter / innen gestalten eigenverantwortlich innerhalb der Programmgruppe das Programm der AMJ im PAPPKARTON. In der Regel linden hier ein bis zwei Veranstaltungen pro Woche statt. Herr Portillo übernimmt zur Zeit die Koordination und kümmert sich um die Abwicklung mit dem Jugendamt der Stadt Meerbusch, das musischkulturelle Veranstaltungen bezuschusst und die Mitarbeit bei der Durchfürung der Veranstaltungen.
Kursprogramm:
Die AMJ bietet in jedem, Halbjahr ein Kursprogramm an. Die Kursprogrammgruppe legt das Programm fest, besorgt die Referentinnen / Referenten, klärt Preise und Zelten, sorgt für die Veröffentlichung des Programmes. Herr Portillo übernahm und übernimmt hier die Koordination und kümmert sich um die Abwicklung mit den Weiterbildungsträger. Zudem bietet Herr Portillo selber seit September 85 in diesem Rahmen SpanischKurse an.
Dritte Welt Gruppe:
Seit bestehen der «Dritten – Welt – Gruppe im PAPPKARTON (Ende 1985) ist Juan Portillo mit dabei. Teilweise liefert (e) er Ideen, Informationen und hilft mit seinen Beziehungen, teilweise übernimmt er aber auch hier nur die Koordination, denn diese Gruppe soll ja wie alle unsere Gruppen von den Jugendlichen getragen sein. Die «Dritte Welt Gruppen organisierte Veranstaltungen und informiert über Themen wie Sudafrika und Lateinamerika ( Lateinamerikawoche ). Hinzu kommt die Betreuung von Asylbewerber / innen und deren Kinder in Meerbusch, Veranstaltungen für sie und / oder mit ihnen im PAPPKARTON, Ausfluge.
Zu seinen weiteren Aufgaben gehören:
Teilnahme an den wöchentlichen Mitglieder und Vorstandsversammlungen, Jahre hauptversammlungen, Seminare zum inhaltlichen, pädagogischen und organisatorischen Vorgehen der AMJ.
Teilnahme an Sitzungen der Konferenz der offenen Tür (haupt und ehrenamtliche Mitarbeiter / innen der Jugendheime, Mitarbeiter des Jugendamtes), je nach Tagesordnung auch der Besuch der Sitzungen des Jugendwohlfahrtsausschusses der Stadt Meerbusch, Arbeitsbesprechungen in Jugendamt, Kontakte zum DPWV.
Aufgrund der Struktur unserer Einrichtung übernahm Herr Portillo aber auch andere Aufgaben:
Einkauf für unser Bistro, Verwaltungstätigkeiten, Zuschussanträge, Information der Vorstandsmitglieder. Gemeinsam mit der für die Verwaltungsarbeiten eingestellten Kollegin bereitet er auch das Kassenbuch des PAPPKARTON für den Kassierer des Vereines vor. Er arbeitete an Open – Air Veranstaltungen der AMJ mit, bereitete ( teilweise mit anderen AMJlern ) unseren Beitrag zur jährlichen Jugendbörse des Stadtjugendringes. Hinzu kamen und kommen die vielen Kleinigkeiten, die in einem Jugendzentrum anfallen. Eine herausragende, grössere Angelegenheit war die Durchführung einer Freizeit in Malaga (Spanien) in den Osternferien 1986.
Das führt direkt zu dem Schwerpunkt seiner Jetztigen Tätigkeit bei uns:
Neben der schon oben aufgeführten Tätigkeiten organisiert Herr Portillo; zur Zelt ( gemeinsam mit weiteren AMJlern ) einen Jugendaustausch mit Mexiko. Hierbei werden seine verschiedenen Aufgabenbereiche berührt: Diese Studienreise und deren Vorbereitung soll sich mit den politischen Problem Lateinamerikas beschäftigen, (» Dritte – Welt – Gruppe «), die Teilnehmer/innen sollen Spanisch – Kenntnisse vermittelt bekommen, durch diese Veranstaltungen sollen Besucher / innen und. Mitglieder verstärkt an den PAPPKARTON gebunden werden, der angestrebte Gegenbesuch von mexikanischen Jugendlichen in der BRD soll naturlich auch durch musisch – kulturelle Veranstaltungen begleitet werden (Programmgruppe).
Herr Portillo hat die genannten Tätigkeiten teilweise alleine und verantwortlich durchgeführt. Teilweise hat er gemeinsam mit Kolleginnen / Kollegen, mit Vorstands oder Vereinsmitgliedern beziehungsweise mit Besucher / innen gearbeitet. Er bekam Kontakt zu Politikern und Stadtverwaltung, auch zu den Jugendheimleiter / innen der kirchlichen Jugendheime in Meerbusch. Von den genannten Gruppen wurde er uns gegenüber etliche Male gelobt, in Bezug auf seinen Sachverstand, sein Engagement, seine Arbeit und den persönlichen Umgang mit seinen Gesprächspartner / innen.
Wir können uns dieser Beurteilung anschliessen. Herr Portillo ist durch seinen Einsatz und seine Hilfsbereitschaft aufgefallen. Durch sein Engagement hat er auch die Ehrenamtlichen motiviert und die Gewinnung von neuen ehrenamtlichen Mitarbeiter / innen aus dem Kreise der Besucher / innen vorangetrieben. Wir haben Herr Portillo als einen Mitarbeiter kennengelernt, der selbständig Arbeiten erkennt, diese übernimmt und ( wie auch die Ihm übrigen, ihm übertragenen Arbeiten ) zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigt. Aufgrund dieser Gesamtbeurteilung waren wir auch sehr erfreut, Herrn Portillo im November 1987 erneut einstellen zu können. Mr. Juan Antonio Portillo, born 28/07/56, resident in Main-street 49, 4040 Neuss 21, was employed in our myself-administered youth-center, the PAPKARTON, in the time of the 15/06/85 to 14/06/87 employee in the open youth-work and is active since the 15/11/87 as full-time co-worker with us again. Now, Mr. Portillo has asked us to issue a certificate. We like to comply with this request. We grasp it finished employed time (certificate) and his currently activity (inter-certificate) together since the task-areas have admittedly changed something, the judgment of his performances equally however is positively. Full-time was Mr. Portillo engaged in the time from 15/06/85 to 14/06/87 with us with the care of the youthful visitors and the club-members. Now, the main focus lies more strongly on the pedagogic care / work with teenagers and the construction of international meetings, especially since we for administration-works one, colleague employs.
Self-administration means with us: Not executive and / or full-time but the members of the club, the visitors of the PAPKARTON and the full-time develop and decide the decisions. For Mr. Portillo, that means the direct co-determination over his work to the one, to the other however also that not one, superiors, but the members of the executive, active members of the club, colleague and also visitors with expectations and tasks at him along-stepped and step, Mr. Portillo has as well as in the practical work with the 16 – until 28 – year old visitors also as in administrative area new experiences his knowledge collect and can bring in. His working time lay and lies above all in the evening-hours, partially, also at the weekends.
His tasks were and many-layered, therefore they are described below:
Care the visitor:
with event and in the regular bistro-drove. Mr. Portillo took on and also adopts the Bistro-service here at times. Mr. Portillo is a conversation-partner here, goes on visitors from however also itself. So problem-teenagers » could find trust to him, here, he partially mediated with conflicts between general meeting and visitors.
Care of the club-members:
Also here was conversation-partner, but also more: he motivated members and co-workers, within the different committees and groups of the AMJ, but also outside. Surely, work means an away-maintaining in a youth-center up and down. Actions, events are the giant-success » Gewinn «, but also once » the bankruptcy «. here managed it Mr. Portillo, partially with other co-worker, in many cases, the members and co-workers, to motivate internally again.
Program-group:
The visitors, members and co-workers shapes the program of the AMJ in the CARTON within the program-group independently. normally lindens here one to two Events per week instead Mr. Portillo adopts the coordination at the time and takes care of the handling with the youth-office of the city sea-bush that kulture activity subsidizes events and the cooperation with the events.
Course-program:
The AMJ offers in everyone, half-year a course-program at. The course-program-group fixes the program, procures the Docents / adviser, clarifies price and tents, provides for the publication of the Programm. Mr. Portillo took on and adopts the coordination here and takes care of the handling with the further education-bearer. Moreover, Mr. Portillo himself offers Spanish-courses since September 85 in this framework.
Third world group:
Since exists the » third – world – group in the CARTON (end of 1985) is Juan Portillo with it. Partially delivers, ideas, information and helps with his relationships, partially he adopts only the coordination however also here, because this group should be carried our groups of the teenagers like finished. The » third world groups organized events and informs over topics like broth-Africa and Latin America (Latin America-week). to it comes the care of applicant for asylum and their children in sea-bush, events for them and / or with them in the PAPKARTON, trip,….

Participation in the weekly member and executive-meetings, year of general meetings, seminars to the as regards content, pedagogic and organizational action of the AMJ.
Participation in sessions of the conference of the open door, claims and honorary co-workers the orphanages, co-workers of the youth-office, according to agenda also the visit of the sessions of the youth-welfare-committee of the city sea-bush, work-discussions in youth-office, contacts to the DPWV.
On the basis of the structure of our equipment, Mr. Portillo adopted however also other tasks:
Shop for our bistro, administration-activities, Subvention Anwendung, piece of information of the board members. Together with the colleague put in for the administration-works, he prepares also the cash register-book of the PAPKARTON for the cashier of the club. He worked on Open – air events of the AMJ with, made ready, partially with other AMJ, our contribution to the annual youth-stock exchange of the city-youth-ring.
